Shipping

We use Parcel2go and DHL to fulfil the delivery of our orders.


Depending on the item and stock, we will let you know via email how long your item will take as items are bespoke. It can take anywhere between 2 days - 2 weeks to dispatch them. In case you'd like to enquire about the delivery time, please contact us.


 

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the items being bespoke, there will be no refunds. In case you've received a damaged item, you can notify us within 24 hours of receiving it.

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


Credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 3-5 working days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

 

When Shipping the item back to us please ensure its packed properly and use a tracked shipping service to make sure we receive your parcel. Please send us the tracking number.

Cancellation:

Order cancellation can be accepted between a 12-hour time frame from your checkout, orders cancelled after 12 hours, will not be eligible.
